Found by me, just for you.
These Boat & Totes were made between the 1950s and the 1980s and they have lived a LIFE, I tell you. The patina is real. The wear is real. The story it tells is the whole reason it's here. I don't source anything I wouldn't want myself, and I wanted these bad (let's be real, this is how the whole thing started).
Each one was hand picked by me to share with you as-is. Cleaned really well, but you get what I'm saying. Decades of life have given it something no new object can have: a story. The patina, the texture, the subtle variations in color and shape. The point is the patina. And the random holes. And the rust stains. We especially love those.
Each tote measures approximately 22 inches across by 14 inches high, though dimensions vary slightly by era and maker. You will not find another one exactly like it. Ever.
Before it arrives to you, every bag undergoes a minimum of five hours of hands-on care. Proprietary cleaning methods are used to lift decades of buildup without stripping what makes it beautiful. Carefully reshaped by hand, then sun-dried. The process is slow on purpose.
