Returns

We do NOT accept returns for any reason.

ANY "service" [painting, lining, and patching are considered services] booked via hathawayhutton.com must be used within 1 year [365 days] of purchase otherwise the customer forfeits their purchase and their service spot. No exceptions.

Please carefully read the detailed condition description and carefully view images of each item that you wish to purchase prior to checkout. 

Condition Guide: 
Mint: The vintage piece is as perfect and pristine as the day it was originally sold, showing absolutely no signs of wear. 
Near Mint: The vintage piece shows only the slightest signs of being worn or aging.
Excellent: The piece shows typical, although minor, signs of wear or age. This can include but is not limited to minor surface scratches, slight wear or discoloration on leather.
Very Good: The vintage piece is considered wearable but has surface flaws i.e. staining, soiling, color damage, or corner holes.  This can include but is not limited to visible surface scratches, wear or discoloration on leather, fading of coated canvas surfaces.

By purchasing a Hathaway Hutton product or service, you  agree and understand that all custom items, services and vintage items are non-refundable under any circumstances and to a 50% restocking fee payable by the purchaser if the item for some reason is agreed to be refunded or returned by Hathaway Hutton.
